4 Day Strategic Leadership Intensive Workshop

Custom Consults are designed to the exact nuance of an organization, but a lot of the building blocks to create a healthy culture can be executed by leadership. They are also ¼ the cost of a custom consult.  (we need to see if that tracks

3 times a year, we invite leaders who can execute culture in their organizations to meet and learn for 4 days. Day 5 & 6 are a masterclass for teams who already have built a culture and want to look at nuance and practice to enhance their teams.  Teams who come to day 5&6 can participate in the 4 day overview at a ⅓ discount (or something like that)

In our 4 day workshop we teach:

1. How to assess your organizations values in the context of your strategy and needs

2. How it currently lives in your organization

3. What is the process of building internal and external relationship maps to create a culture that lives and has leadership at every level

4. How do emotional intelligence and other building blocks of culture get imbedded in a way that enhance and do not bog down the organization with too much process? How do these processes uplift creativity and create vitality?  Which strategies work for YOUR organization?

5. How do you invite collaboration and transparency and leadership without losing strategy and focus?

6. How does your team integrate intergenerational and hybrid capacities?

7. How does your organization build checks to see what works best and how do you tweak and continue to build across an organization?

In this process you will receive experiential processes, group interaction with other leaders in organizations and receive monthly group coaching calls after the program for 1 year.  (Leaders can also purchase individual coaching for their organization after the workshop)
