That is why we built EILI. With nearly three decades of experience in psychology, leadership, and organizational development, we created a platform to help individuals and teams grow the emotional skills that drive connection, clarity, and results.
We use the EQ-i 2.0, the most scientifically validated emotional intelligence assessment, to measure five core areas: self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal skills, decision-making, and stress management. These insights guide our coaching, training, and culture-building programs—turning emotional awareness into measurable impact.
