Emotional Intelligence is a foundational building block of a healthy culture. The world of work has shifted. They want a workplace culture in which they thrive, they want mentorship and opportunities for growth.
We have built a self-study platform to help people lead with emotional intelligence wherever they are and in whatever role they play.

Our Why.
Our mission is to improve retention and productivity, and reduce the risk of litigation and unnecessary expenses by making the skills of emotional intelligence accessible, practical, and transformative so that leaders can build and sustain thriving workplace culture.
There are high costs to having a lack of clear and healthy culture and leadership including unmotivated and unproductive/uncreative employees, staff recruitment and turnover, operational inefficiencies, and countless hours of managing ineffective relationships. We know enough about the building blocks of these skills to help train them versus just hoping they grow organically.
Culture Starts With Emotional Intelligence — It Isn’t Built By Chance.
Workplace culture influences everything: how quickly a team can grow, adapt to change, manage stress, and innovate. Without emotional intelligence, communication breaks down, performance stalls, and energy gets lost in misalignment and conflict.
That is why we built EILI. With nearly three decades of experience in psychology, leadership, and organizational development, we created a platform to help individuals and teams grow the emotional skills that drive connection, clarity, and results.
We use the EQ-i 2.0, the most scientifically validated emotional intelligence assessment, to measure five core areas: self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal skills, decision-making, and stress management. These insights guide our coaching, training, and culture-building programs—turning emotional awareness into measurable impact.
